There’s no doubt that TGP is what should be considered first. With 130W, the GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) is much higher than its sibling. Also, while gaming, it’s 25% faster which is a significant margin.
Meanwhile, the GeForce RTX 3070 [85W] shouldn’t be left out as it can easily do 60FPS on Ultra which is superb since you can have this graphics card on both big and small laptops as the decreased TGP leads to lower heat dissipation.
