Infinix Note 11 Pro: Full Review, Specs, and Current Price

Infinix Note 11 Pro price in Nigeria

For the past few years, we have witnessed the release of different mid-range mobile phones which has been like a competition amongst mobile phone manufacturers. This has been fun and interesting as they are trying to produce affordable smartphones with durable qualities for their customers.

Infinix has been releasing mid-range smartphones back to back along with a few flagship ones. However, this time they seem well prepared to lead the race with the launching of their latest phone; the Infinix Note 11 Pro. Since its launch in October 2021, the Infinix Note 11 Pro has been a massive hit in the line of mid-range smartphones, gaining the attention of smartphone lovers with excellent qualities and affordable price.

As the latest smartphone in the Infinix Note lineup, the 11 Pro device is the direct successor to the Note 10 Pro. Looking at the specs, they both have a 6.95-inch display screen, 5000mAh battery, and 1080 x 2460 pixels resolution. Just the upgraded 120Hz refresh rate for the Note 11 Pro makes a difference, asides from that, their designs are almost the same as well.

The Infinix Note 11 Pro has all the qualities of a mid-range phone at its best. The 64MP sensor working as the main camera is a good example with the 16MP lens upfront for taking selfies. The 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage are good for a mid-range phone. All these forces are being powered by the Mediatek Helio G96 processor.

There’s no doubt the Infinix Note 11 Pro is a great bargain with such quality specs. However, the Xiaomi Note 11S seems to be a better alternative at almost the same price. Check out to see our full review and final verdict about the phone.

Design

Design

The design of the Infinix Note 11 Pro is a simple one, but that doesn’t make it unattractive. Of course, the design is an attractive one, while being simple means that the Infinix Note 11 Pro is easy to handle. At the right corner of the phone sits the volume button which doubles as a fingerprint scanner.

The side-mounted fingerprint scanner helps you unlock the phone with just one touch, that’s one of the modern things that was introduced in most new smartphones. Still, on the same right corner, you will find the volume buttons, leaving just the SIM card and SD card slot at the left.

The plastic body and frame with a matte finish give you a smooth feel while holding the phone. The Infinix Note 11 Pro weighs around 210g which is a bit heavy, but no worries as it’s designed in such a way that it sits comfortably on your hands. That’s how its simple design helps. Meanwhile, the phone’s rear panel design with the position of the triple camera bump makes it more captivating.

Fortunately, the back panel still retains its attractive look down to the bottom corner where there is an Infinix logo vertically placed at the right corner. The design of the Infinix Note 11 Pro can be summarized in three words which are modern, simple and attractive. It also comes in three colour options including Mithril Grey, Haze Green, and Mist Blue.

Display

As for the display, the Infinix Note 11 Pro flaunts a huge 6.95-inch screen. The display comes with an IPS LCD panel and has 1080 x 2600 pixels resolution. Infinix integrated a highly rated 120Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate that’s helpful for your captivating viewing experience. It gives you a faster response while browsing the internet, scrolling through your media files, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and playing competitive games.

The phone’s display is wide enough and colourful for your multimedia feeds. You can watch your favourite movies, stream YouTube videos and play games at FHD+. However, the only interruption is the punch-hole cutout that houses the selfie shooter, though it might not be seen as such.

Camera

The Note 11 Pro’s excellent qualities never end with the design and display, it still continues with the camera. However, the triple camera setup not only adds looks to the Infinix Note 11 Pro but is responsible for the beautiful images that are taken with it. A 64MP (wide) photo shooter with f/1.7 aperture presides as the main camera. Photos taken with the main camera looks stunning just like we expected from it.

Nevertheless, the main camera is accompanied by a 13MP telescope lens with an f/2.46 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor. The telephoto lens offers a 30x digital zoom while the depth sensor provides a Bokeh effect which blurs the background. There’s a Quad-LED flashlight that contributes in producing good images especially in a dark setting.

Meanwhile, upfront is a 16MP single lens that take good looking selfies. Also, you can record videos and make video calls with the front camera and expect amazing results from it.

Performance, Storage, and Software

The Infinix Note 11 Pro’s performance is powered by an octa-core Helio G96 from the Mediatek processor that’s manufactured using a 12nm processor technology. Behind its graphics is a Mali-G57 MC4 GPU. Having one of the most powerful processors, the Infinix Note 11 Pro can offer you a decent gaming experience. Games like PUGB or Asphalt 9 all works really well with this phone, but don’t expect the best of performance.

When it comes to storage, the Note 11 Pro comes with dual RAM options of 4GB and 8GB. However, you’re getting a single 128GB of internal memory, unlike its predecessor with two storage options. Just like Infinix named it, there is a MemFussion feature that enables you to expand the RAM to 11GB but that’s not the end, the dedicated microSD card slot helps you to expand the 128GB of inbuilt storage to 256GB.

The Infinix Note 11 Pro works with the Android 11 operating system alongside the company’s XOS 10 interface. Therefore with the presence of Infinix’s latest XOS 10, this smartphone comes with lots of customizable features which is different from pure Android. The unlock screen display is a good example.
