The little upgrade on the design of the Galaxy F23 5G can be seen on the back panel. The square camera module is now rectangular which gives the phone a flagship-like look. The back of the phone has a matte finish that accords with its shiny body. The fingerprint-resistant smudges are not clearly visible on the forest colour variant which is superb. However, there’s no silicon case out of the box, thereby making you spend extra bucks.

The camera app allows you to switch from the main camera to an ultra-wide lens while recording a pretty good video. However, shooting in poor lighting conditions is something below average even at 1080p and the OIS didn’t perform well if you’re moving around whereas filming.
