Design
The Infinix Hot 10 looks premium but doesn’t feel such. When you take a look at this phone, especially the model with the Amber Red color, you’ll hardly tell if that’s a plastic material or glass. Infinix explained that the back is crafted with laser engraving to create a visual perception of interlaced light or shadow which gives the plastic back a premium look. You can also get the Infinix Hot 10 in Obsidian Black, Ocean Wave, and Moonlight Jade colors.
Despite being equipped with a huge 5200mAh battery, this phone doesn’t feel much heavy, but you will have to handle it with both hands. The 6.78-inch screen expands the phone’s width to 77.6mm and 171.1mm in length. On the right edge of the phone sits the volume and power buttons, while on the left features a SIM tray with dual SIM support, and a Micro SD card slot.
Down below, there’s a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microphone, a micro-USB port, and a single mono speaker. There’s a rectangular camera bump housing the quad-camera setup at the rear, alongside a quad-LED flash.

Display
At the front, there’s a 6.78-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels. The display is bright but isn’t bright enough for outdoor usage. Even indoors the brightness level has to be above 85% for comfortable viewing. The bezels surrounding the screen were also small which makes for an all-display viewing experience.
The screen also displays colorful images which you will enjoy scrolling through your favorite social media handles like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook with. For your multimedia experience, the display is coupled with powerful stereo speakers and DTS audio technology which offers decent sound effects while listening to music, and watching TV series or videos.
Camera
For the camera, the Infinix Hot 10 has gone beyond our expectations to flaunt a quad-camera setup. The setup alone is amazing but we shouldn’t judge by the number of lenses, so let’s see how the camera performs. The main camera has a 16MP sensor while the other cameras include double 2MP lenses for the macro and depth sensor, while the fourth is an Al lens.
Shooting in good light conditions is a decent experience. The colors were nice with a good dynamic range. Portrait shots were also decent producing a good Bokeh effect that blurs the background. Close-up photos that are taken with the macro camera were average, but images start to lose details when zoomed in.
The camera features lots of usable shooting modes including the Video, Short Video, Al camera, Beauty, Wide selfie, Google lens, Super night mode, AR Shot, Panorama, and Bokeh. The 8MP front camera can also click some nice selfies with a well-positioned dual front flash which makes this phone unique.
Performance, Storage, and Software
The Infinix Hot 10 is powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio G70 chipset that is manufactured using a 12nm process technology. This chipset is paired with a Mali-G52 2EEMC2 for graphics. Performance-wise, this phone is fast and responsive as we expected from it. Be it multitasking or switching through different apps on your phone, you won’t notice any lag issues.

In terms of storage, the Infinix Hot 10 comes with 3GB /4GB /6GB of RAM paired with 64GB /128GB of internal storage. For the expansion of memory, there’s a dedicated microSD card slot.
The Infinix Hot 10 runs the Android 10 OS and XOS 7.5 out of the box.
